We offer free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge at checkout.
Order processing time
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day are normally processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
- Processing takes 1–2 business days before your order leaves our warehouse.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

- Cost: free on all US orders — no minimum purchase.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days after your order ships.
- Total estimated arrival: 4–9 business days from the day you place your order (processing plus delivery time).

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories. Delivery takes longer — please allow an additional 5–10 business days for these destinations.
APO/FPO and military addresses
Orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped by USPS. Delivery can take 2–4 weeks depending on military postal processing.
Tracking your order
We email a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to become active. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Severe weather, carrier disruptions and peak seasons such as holidays can add extra time.
Missing, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can normally do this before it ships. Once an order has shipped, you can use our free returns process.
International orders
We ship to selected international destinations. Customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
